DESCRIPTION:Kendall County Women's Shelter is cordially inviting you to be part of our annual Sip & Savor Event!\n\n\n\nYour participation helps provide a safe emergency shelter in a supportive environment where Texas Hill Country victims of domestic violence and their children can begin the healing process to rebuild their lives in a safe environment.\n\n\n\nIn 2022 we opened our doors to 210 adults and 150 children\, totaling 8\,285 nights of safety. Our services include 24/7 emergency shelter\, crisis intervention\, legal advocacy\, food and nutrition\, child advocacy\, individual and group counseling\, on-site pet shelter for victims' pets\, support groups\, childcare\, transitional housing support\, clothes\, and daily needs. \n\nOur annual Sip & Savor will be held at Park 31 in Spring Branch on Thursday\, April 27\, 2023\, at 6:30pm. The event will feature a unique\, fun\, and musical Havana Night theme. Attendees will enjoy a live Havana Band\, Cuban cigar roller\, a diverse tasting experience in a beautiful\, inviting\, and elegant atmosphere.
