Golf Tournament Meeting

Tournament Committee:

    For those of you that were able to make it to the Kick Off meeting, Gail contacted Jari at  River Crossing to reserve the date discussed and he called her back and said that he had told her wrong - the date we selected was not available but Sept 23rd would be available (Rangers play out of town).  So we made an executive decision to go for that date..  

Gail will be meeting with Jari next week to discuss pricing for golf, meal and facility usage.  I will be arranging a meeting this next week to gather information on cost of hosting a casino night event.  

So you will need to Join us on April 18th to help us move forward with this event.  We will only have 5 months to promote, obtain sponsorships and golfers in addition to encouraging the community to join us for Casino Night.  

We will be setting pricing for the following:

    Registration for Golf/Dinner/Casino Night package
                              Golf/Dinner
                              Dinner/Casino Night Package

    Sponsorship opportunities for Golf, Dinner, and Casino Night events.  We want to make the golf tournament fun filled - so come with ideas for activities out on the course.  We will also need great ideas for nice prize packages for the Casino Night winners.
